For example, using a new computer, working on your home computer, or if you deleted your cookies.
Log in to the ExPub website Go to Options=> Settings=> MyEXPERT Select MyEXPERT and you will see this screen: Select I have previously set my preferences and would like to retrieve them now. You will then be asked for your email address:
Enter your email address and click on the Retrieve link. You will be taken to the MyEXPERT Settings Page where your previously established preferences will be enabled.
