Using Full Text Search
A full text search allows you to conduct Boolean searches across the body/text of all of the documents found in the underlying collections. For example, you can search for all documents containing the words "phenol" and "leukemia" and "lymphoma".
Initiate full text searching with this button:
Enter the desired terms in the search boxes.

You can modify the search connectors by using the dropdowns.

You can also filter by database or collection by selecting the ones you want to search.

All documents available from your search are displayed under the respective Product Tabs.
