PDF documents utilize navigation controls native to Adobe. All open PDF documents will display a Toolbar similar to this one, although yours may be different based on your own Adobe settings. Navigate the open document using the Adobe controls. HTML documents utilize ExPub navigations controls found under the Navigation button.  Although the items below the Navigation button may vary based on the document in use (e.g. HSDB vs. RTECS), they all behave in the same manner. Here is an example of the Navigation controls for an HSDB document:  Mousing over the Menu Items may display Submenu Items:  Click on a Menu item to navigate to that section of the document.
